The way people move from country villages to towns is becoming a problem in African Towns.

Dirty Boy lived a peaceful and good life in a green village, but he always had a desire of finding out what is going on in the city.

Nota Bene is a title of the notice in the bus that Dirty Boy took to the place of his dreams.

The content of this notice makes everything change within the bus and Dirty Boy is threw out of it before he reaches the city.

The film implicates the analysis between the city and the village to later give a conclusion,not favorable for some but convenient to Dirty Boy.
